Pros

Only reasons I can think of to take a job with Trianz are if you: 1) are new to the industry and trying to get some work experience, or 2) have absolutely nowhere else to go.

Cons

Trianz is a prime example of a small-minded, small-time company trying to make it into the big leagues, who has none of the machinery in place to make it happen. There is pretty high employee turnover at Trianz and you have to wonder why that is. While I worked there I saw people who either left on their own or were let go with no warning for not "fitting into the company culture", "not being willing to stretch themselves" etc. Read this as Trianz hiring people they MIGHT have a need for in a client engagement but then it falls through, or asking their employees to take on roles they aren't trained for at all in order to be billable. These are not good corporate / consulting practices, needless to say, and eventually both employees and clients figure it out. What goes around comes around. Also, Trianz middle to upper-level management is a very clique-y closely held kind of group, where you will get in if you fit certain parameters and can successfully kiss up to management. Don't let them fool you that this is in any way a meritocracy - I have worked for those types of companies and this ain't it! Bonuses may be promised but rarely delivered. I saw newly hired managers who could play the game get on the inside track within months, while other non-political animals just continued to slave away long hours without any obvious success. Also READ the positive reviews for the company very carefully. You will find that many of them are so obviously fake, down to the same themes and even the exact same phrasing, that you may want to discount them completely. I will be watching to see if after this post, there is suddenly a spatter of "positive" reviews that dismiss or counter some of the issues I have raised.

Pros

Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Projects were meaningful, with plenty of opportunities to work on modern technologies. Good benefits, work-life balance, and a team that genuinely cares made it a fulfilling journey.

Cons

Project assignments may vary in complexity and clarity

Pros

Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
