Pros

1. Good place to learn technology, especially in PE 2. If manager is good, its better place to work. 3. For me all positives about Trianz have been due to my manager.

Cons

1. Support groups don't care a bit about employees. 2. Very few stable clients. 3. Senior management feels it is sufficient only if we give salary to employees, other than that they don't know and don't want to understand what employee satisfaction means.

Pros

Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Projects were meaningful, with plenty of opportunities to work on modern technologies. Good benefits, work-life balance, and a team that genuinely cares made it a fulfilling journey.

Pros

Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
