Pros

I joined Trianz as a fresher, and have had a very good experience with everyone here. We were initially put on a training program - which was common for all freshers first, but later gets specific based on individual practices and focus areas. It was a very good experience to see real industry case studies and know the business side. Getting on to projects depends on how we do in training - I got on to live project very soon. Of course, there is a lot of fun. We have annual sports fest, other cultural and fun activities - this is a lot of fun and everyone participates like a big celebration.

Cons

No offices in North India... but I am liking Hyderabad anyway - so, fine.

Pros

Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Projects were meaningful, with plenty of opportunities to work on modern technologies. Good benefits, work-life balance, and a team that genuinely cares made it a fulfilling journey.

Pros

Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
