Pros
Nothing simply waste but salary credited on time
Cons
The company culture is heavily focused on micromanagement, with constant monitoring of employees’ every move. There is very little respect shown towards employees, and contributions often go unrecognized, no matter how much effort you put in. Job security is a major concern — employees are often hired for a single project, and once that project is completed, they are let go without consideration. Leadership, including program and delivery managers, does not treat employees as valued team members, which creates a demotivating environment. The tech stack is also very outdated, with limited learning opportunities. In addition, employees are often forced to work even on leave days, which makes the workplace highly stressful and unprofessional.
