I left a great job to come here, and was totally mis-lead. no pros

Cons

Terrible pay, Fake friendly management, working "leads" that are 4-6 years old, expected to work lots OT, with out compensation, false opportunities, wasn't even given my last check! they stole from me in so many ways.

Cons

Horrible pay, I should have turned down the offer when they said everyone is treated “like family”. It’s a red flag and an excuse to belittle you/treat you horribly and expect you to take it. a toxic work environment with fake friendliness and they talk badly about people behind their back.
