      Pros

      I was underpaid, forced to work in a cube because of HubZone BS. Laramie water tases weird. A secretary did the copies instead of me. That's the only pro.

      Cons

      Upper management in the Air Quality Team openly voiced racism towards indigenous cultures. Accusing them of stupidity and inability to relate to the white race culture.

      Trihydro makes every effort to provide a safe, professional, and positive work environment for each of its employees. The company does not condone or support any form of discrimination, and we provide sensitivity training to ensure that each employee is aware of our zero tolerance policy. Additionally, every employee has stop work authority at any time they do not feel safe or comfortable in their position, and has accessible tools to report any instances of discrimination to a member of senior management. If the person making this complaint witnessed any form of discrimination, it was not reported to a supervisor or to a member of senior management. We take pride in our positive work environment and how our employees are treated. We consider our employees our greatest asset.

      Treats people like people. Easily the best company that I have worked for in this field. Has never laid people off in forty years of business.

      The money could be better.
