Pros
Basic benefits and coworkers are easy to work with
Cons
Take some of the positive reviews here with a grain of salt as employees can earn reward points for posting a review, where you submit to HR for points, which may influence how candid they are. The work environment is toxic, with management frequently shifting blame onto employees instead of taking accountability. Leadership heavily promotes training and “how to be a great leader” initiatives, but those lessons rarely translate into practice by management themselves. Finance currently lacks real leadership. The department is being led by an interim consultant who has not provided effective direction or support, resulting in poor communication and instability. Experienced employees have already left, and those remaining often feel unsupported. If you’re joining Finance, be prepared to start from scratch with minimal guidance or training and understand the environment you're taking on. Expect inconsistency when it comes to merit increases as technicalities are often used to disqualify employees. The company does not provide bonuses. The high turnover this year reflects widespread dissatisfaction and a lack of trust in leadership. Do your research before joining and ask direct questions about turnover, leadership stability, and growth opportunities. Be prepared for limited guidance or structure if you’re joining Finance. If you value accountability, clear leadership, and fair advancement, make sure those expectations are addressed upfront during the interview process. Success here requires thick skin and strong independence. Understand that leadership support, recognition, and stability may be limited, and accountability often shifts downward.
