Pros
Great direct teammates/manager, I don't know if I've been lucky but all of my direct management from my office have been very nice, caring and do actively listen and support.
Cons
Salery quite is below average and the April pay raises are basically flat out insulting to the point they may aswell have made some excuse as to why they weren't giving one rather than call it a merit award. No real career progression, can tick off every box on the progression chart but still stall for greater part of a year on any promotion.
