Pros
Lots of opportunities to learn. If you stick with them for a number of years, there will be changes to take on more responsibility and move up within the company. The owners and several of the managers know a ton about the industry. There are pretty decent benefits. One of the weird perks is that there are clergy staff on call 24/7. Once a week or so they walk around the office asking you how you're doing. Nice enough people, but it really doesn't do anything for me.
Cons
Your experience will vary depending on the group that you are with. Some weeks there is little to do; some weeks your eyes will bleed from staring at your models. Pay is below average for the amount of work required.
