Pros

Trinetix is great company to work at, just because it is hiring only already experienced people. Projects are interesting and commonly giving employee opportunity to become much more than just regular developer. I could easily establish relationship with customers for faster responses and regular meetings to keep both sides on foot! The precious thing about Trinetix is about whole employee base being close for reach in any moment. There were several times when I was able to just approach colleagues I knew from previous projects or even new people asking them to help with sharing knowledge on things they worked on when I had no experience.

Cons

Few projects that are about supporting legacy apps. Low diversity of technologies used across projects. Transition to another project sometimes was just about swapping management, not actually learning some new tech/tools.

Pros

I had a great experience working at Trinetix Inc as a Senior UX Designer. The company has well-structured processes, an excellent management team, and strong communication across teams. The projects were engaging and meaningful, offering plenty of opportunities to grow as a designer. Overall, I highly recommend Trinetix Inc to other designers who are looking for a professional, supportive, and inspiring environment.

Cons

I don't have any cons.

Pros

Most teams are genuinely great to work with and create a positive, friendly environment. HR is attentive, supportive, and easy to deal with. Overall, the company culture is solid. There are plenty of interesting projects.

Cons

Very limited opportunities for growth, roles are often filled, and there's not much room for career development. The company frequently hires junior specialists but presents them as mid-level, which can create confusion and frustration. I worked with a few teams where the management was extremely toxic. Upper management is not transparent, and communication with them is rare. Salary reviews lack transparency and can be delayed or frozen for unclear reasons. If you’re LGBT, be aware that discriminatory remarks are unfortunately common, and some managers and employees make negative comments about LGBT people.
