Pros

This is a very stable company. The longevity here speaks volumes about the company culture and the way employees are treated. Since it is a 100% employee owned company people have a true desire to perform above average and be successful in their jobs. The work environment is relaxed and friendly.

Cons

Overall, the benefits are pretty good here but time off/vacation accrual could be better.
