Pros
ESOP company with plenty of stability, good people in most of the locations. Good reputation with suppliers and customers.
Cons
Product assortment in declining/competitive market space will make growth challenging. Last two years of hiring and trying to develop mid-upper management in many departments have brought in lackluster talent with limited managerial/leadership abilities. Most of the worker bees are not motivated and there seems to be a lack of "fire" or desire to succeed. Very limited career growth.
