Good benefits Employee owned stable employer

Cons

No way to move up in the company. Don' appreciate there employees They hire Supervisors with no experience or training over guys that have done the work for years. just because they have a degree in nothing related to the job. The raises are horrible 3% is the max you can get. Raises are only once a year.
