Trinity Consultants

Is this your company?

Company has NO employee focus. Basically a slave camp for new grads. - Consultant Trinity Consultants Employee Review

Pros

My office (NC) was fairly flexible with regards to when you worked, but expectations were that you needed to work at least 45 hours a week. Management never appreciated or rewarded hard work.

Cons

Pay was low. Benefits were extremely lacking. Employee's only get 13 days of PTO (vacation + sick time) per year for the first 5 years. No exceptions. Expected to charge/bill at least 90% of your time, which shifts all the overhead, unplanned duties to your own time. Management was not appreciative of extra time put it, and constantly underestimated project time requirements.
