Mediocre pay for consulting. Bonuses are WAY below industry standard and are almost negligible. More than 40 hours a week and all time is tracked meticulously, so there wasn’t time for breaks. Clients always pushing to get around doing what is right for the environment. Some of the offices were very poorly managed and understaffed. 401k matching takes way too long to vest. Dry and repetitive work. A pretty exhausting job overall with very little reward.
