It is very difficult for younger/junior staff to find work. There are high utilization goals set and many consultants struggle to fill up their time sheets due to lack of work that can be dished out. Part of the issue is there is no desire to train and develop employees, Management would rather overload someone who is qualified rather than training someone else to be able to do it. This also causes problems when there are opportunities for career growth, but you are denied because Trinity is unwilling to give younger staff adequate training.
