      Pros

      Starting pay was good, and the training was good. Went downhill after that.

      Cons

      Duties and responsibilities change daily. Caseloads keep going up. No coverage when people are off. Holiday "pay" comes out of PTO bank. Insurance is terrible.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
