Depending on the department there may be a lot flexibility in type of work. Population health efforts are strong.
Cons
Too much middle management. HR has too much influence over when people get promoted and how much they can earn. Invests too much in pointless HR initiatives around aligning employees. High burnout rate. Blackballing of employees to get them to quit.
