      Decent learning experience, decent training, variety of patient conditions

      Cons

      VERY poor staffing, lots of stupid political nonsense and favoritism, MANDATORY overtime. If you take their expensive insurance then you have to go to Saint Mary's providers/affiliates or you pay tons of money

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
