      Taught me how to have a thicker skin when dealing with mentally unstable and behavioral health patients. Learned how to effectively interact with these patients and assist them with special needs.

      Cons

      Working the night shift was difficult but I managed to succeed in it.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
