      Few perks for exempt employees Uncompetitive salary. Mid-wages and few perks equates to employee exit. Unclear/too many may competing strategies

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
