      Good work life balance with 3-4 weeks vacation. Good direct managers.

      Cons

      Competitive pay but industry standards are passing them by. No bonus because of non prof status.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
