Pros
Great employees to work with (Those who are left and haven't been replaced by outsourcing).. I wish I had more good to say, but poor pay, bad work environment, worthless benefits, no overtime, outsourced management, shrinking core workforce and an HR department that hires based on who you know makes it tough to find pros!
Cons
Horrible revolving door of incompetent overpaid Managers, Supervisors and Directors mostly brought in from 3rd party companies. Constant turn over of management. No one knows what they are doing or how to manage people. More and more work is being outsourced to outside companies to save money.
