      Pros

      I got to see all the different kind of people who enter the hospital from guests, patients and to doctors.

      Cons

      Very discriminatory, and there is no advancing unless you transfer to Ann Arbor. They tell you everything your doing wrong even if it's the smallest thing ever, and rarely ever acknowledge anything your doing right. Very negative atmosphere.
