Pros
Overall has been a great organization to work for; only exception is within the past year under current management. Good working relationships with front line staff-large majority of staff are truly there to care for people. Benefits are very good but no health care coverage after retirement.
Cons
Current senior level director needs to learn how to develop healthy relationships with their team-she is not a people person. Lacks empathy and compassion and has no clinical training or education to support offsite physicians and staff. No medical director-too cheap to employ one. Newer HR staff team are immature and are not truly neutral-consistently pro management-could care less about the doing thorough research when issues and concerns are presented. There are always two sides to problem.
