      Pros

      I feel privileged to work where it feels like my second home. It is wonderful to care for so many "honorary " grandparents.

      Cons

      It is a 24 hr 7 days a week employer, so you will work weekends and holidays at times

      Inter departmental politics, union is a joke, micro managed, you can be late or not even show up everyday and no repercussions
