Pros

Being unionized sounds nice, but the reality is that employees rights are regularly infringed upon. There are some staff that truly care about clients and want to make meaningful change.

Cons

Very misleading in the interview process and will lie about benefits. Clinicians do not get adequate supervision for independent licensure despite promises otherwise. Management is horrific and incompetent. No processes exist for meaningful work to happen. Patients hate clinicians and will not show up for appointments, clinicians will then be blamed for this. Productivity requirements are nearly impossible to meet let alone exceed. Management is in their own world and will not change, they will only pile on more work and unreasonable expectations without any thought for employees or clients.

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
