Trinity is a large company, with great Mission and Core Values, there are also a lot of opportunities for people to move and advance within the organization.
Cons
Because of the size and complexity of the organization, it is sometimes challenging for those who work at the corporate office to see the impact of their work at the local level, and it is equally challenging sometimes for employees at the local level to understand the work those at the corporate office are doing.
