Pros

The staff in the building itself really do care for the residents. If you can get a good team put together it makes the days go quick and the work seem easy.

Cons

Corporate is so far removed from the day to day operations in the buildings that the no longer have a working knowledge of what happens. In almost 4 years with the company I the upper management came to the building twice and each time they did their meeting and left, never once did they tour and talk with the employees. The goals they set are unrealistic and the only way they could be met is with the salaried department heads working 80+ hour work weeks. They don’t have a working knowledge of the area that their buildings service.

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
