Pros

-Kind and understanding Management team, very reasonable. -Great Team work for my team, they are always willing to assist with anything I am having trouble with -Very communicative towards changes or issues within our environment -Definitey very open with taking time off for PTO/Sick/Burnout -There seems to be decent compensation compare to other companies with similar job roles. -Work from home for Sys admins( plus for some, but I don't mind working onsite so its neutral for me)

Cons

-Terrible upper management for the company(VPs, some directors, and above) They bought out the hospital I worked for and did not complete the transition so I am now working under two roles/jobs with no compensation and no expecting changes since. -Very Large Corp. When there are issues it is often hard to find out who supports what within the vast size of the company. Despite the pro's I only gave it 3 stars because management team is really great. My issues are with the company as a whole. If not for managament, it would be a 2.

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
