Work remotely from Home You’re on your own for the most part, very independent on day to day, which is great for introvert orientated people Friendly and knowledgeable staff and you’re setup with all the proper tools needed to succeed. Excellent knowledge base to help you excel
Cons
The pay is a low compared to other help desk entry level positions The call volume is endless with zero downtime -expect to stay busy 8 hours a day answering phones and working with various issues primarily health system related but not limited to such. Not much opportunity to climb the ladder without extensive tenure. May need close to a decade of seniority to advance.
