The people I work with are amqzing

Cons

The health management company Trinity took over almost 8 yrs ago. The large corporate policies and ways of doing things has diluted the kindness with bitterness, appreciation with resentment and healthcare workers are treated like slaves. Some of their policies contradict the culture they sell you with in their mission statement . They expect quality service from us and treat us as if we have no value. Health insurance is horrible, communication with HR is q portal that is not user friendly and time consuming to use only to be sent to read articles rather than get an answer from a rep. Pay is okay barely competitive unless you sacrifice a great deal of life work balance

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
