      Great close knit staff Union facility Long-standing in community Good pay

      Notified 3 months after hire that facility closing Positions kept posting after closure announcement Union was no help in process Offered a transfer position out of state Poor leadership Some staff experienced threats to have their unemployment denied if they called out prior to closing or were otherwise a problem.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
