Pros

Position is remote Manager and supervisor for our team was great Fairly regular opportunities for promotion/advancement

Cons

Insurance is awful, especially for a hospital job No guaranteed raise at review if the hospital isn’t doing well financially Communication between supply chain and departments placing orders isn’t the best Monthly meetings for supply chain are way too long and take away from getting work done Interview process for promotions with supply chain are ridiculous. If your answers are too vague (even though their questions are vague) it’s held against you. It’s as if no one realizes there are people with learning disabilities and FYI: people with learning disabilities don’t make that known as there’s still stigma attached to that. If you’re going to use the STAR interview method, do it properly.

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
