      401k match is good, salary is ok. Management seems to care

      Management mostly at Howell not here often. Pay could be better compared to other local hospitals.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
