Pros
-The company does offer great healthcare benefits. -The 2 trainers I had were amazing.
Cons
Users who call in (who fail to remember they are your coworkers) treat you like crap. -Managers have poor communication skills all around. -When bringing up anything regarding a discrepancy or how the users are treating service desk agents to management, it is turned around as if the agents are not doing their job properly. -Severe mental burnout—you will get it, and no management does not care. They will apologize if you feel that way. That's it. -Understaffed: you will never have a break in between calls, long enough to gather yourself to handle the next call. -No job movement, and if you do get promoted, it is after being on the service desk for 5+ years from what I have seen.
