      Get experience and go elsewhere for a better work environment and compensation

      Cons

      Administration bullying, pay not competitive, more work and less resources and blame for not reaching their goals. License is on the line. Everyone knows when Trinity takes over they run down the organization. Turnover is insane.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
