Pros
Great staff, so much opportunity to help seniors without the red tape of traditional insurance models. We can see people's lives change.
Cons
Being new, we are always learning & therefore changing how we conduct business which can be frustrating to people who don't like change. We are part of a national company so have lost autonomy in some areas.
