Pros

Pros? This place has pros? I guess they pay you and that's a pro.

Cons

Management is horrible and will throw you under the bus if you don't kiss up to them. My particular office was rampant with people who did very little while passing the job on to those of who actually worked and were basically forced to do the job that others didn't. I was in basically perfect health before i started working here and now am forced to deal with medical conditions that have completely altered my life. This was treated with basically outright hostility. Where I worked, if you weren't friends with the boss, you were thrown under the bus at the first chance they got. Communication was non existent. Any questions were treated as an outright confrontation. They trample on the people who keep their office running while allowing everyone else to do as they pleased. I would say make this place your last option, by which I mean, if there's a shoveling job open at a fertilizer plant, take that one before you consider working here because i guarantee you'd still be dealing with far less...

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
