Pros
I love Trinity, they are about you as a person, not just a number, I went to U of M and came back to Trinity because of how nice and accommodating they are. They may not pay you the most, but they are the most accommodating of your schedule and needs.
Cons
Unable to provide real raises or bonus (raises of $.50 a year and a bonus of $150-200 a year) due to company bankruptcy. Having to cut staff lunches for seminars, threatening to close a hospital unit if we didn’t see a significant increase in transfer patients from another region within the next fiscal year, etc.
