Pros

I moved from Beaumont Health (now Corwell) to Trinity (TH) in 2019. I was an Epic Willow Lead at Beaumont and had a hard time deciding to move to TH. Once I committed I never looked back. Beaumont had serious morale issues and, for me, TH was a very positive environment. Maybe it’s the Catholic culture (and I’m not Catholic). Pro employee and my managers were excellent. Very hands off if you were completing your work. Highly recommended!

Cons

Epic was being implemented at about 70 TH hospitals across the US. During go-lives I would work off shifts (afternoons and midnights). Typically, this would last 2-3 weeks twice a year so a non issue for me. Limited opportunities for advancement.

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
