      Pros

      Team is very helpful and organized there is lots of senior nurses that are more than willing to help!

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are not as much as University of Michigan but if you are able to take a pay cut, this hospital is better in my opinion. I was able to work at both Trinity Health and University of Michigan and would 100% pick Trinity Health first.

      Hybrid working in the office 3 days a week, but flexible when needed.

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
