Pros

Work from home is about the only plus currently

Cons

Communication stinks, training stinks, always looming if yiu clock in 1 minutes late, occurrence, clock out 1 minute late, occurrence. Mandatory OT but they don't tell you till midweek. You ask for guidance, ways to grow, hear nothing, but they keep dumping more and more on you. No appreciation. They seem more only hungry to get more and more while paying less than others and always hold over your head, "that will be an occurrence". Nothing but suckibg the life out of employees that already have hard work. To do dealing with health of people, seeing sad cases and they just keep asking you to donate, give more, help others. What about helping employees health and wellness?

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
