      3 12s is nice. Able to have lots of days off without using PTO.

      Cons

      Medsurg nurses can have 7-8 patients, high acuity patients. Company only cares about the bottom line and not patient safety.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
