      Regular hours; 403B employer match; PTO accruals per hours worked; a wealth of type of surgical specialties to work in

      Cons

      The physical structure is old, and the AC conks out regularly. Also, prices just went UP in the cafeteria.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
