Pros

Frankly, I do not any positive here.

Cons

Updating Review Headline to "Platform Team" Work culture is too much Toxic that it becomes difficult to survive. No work life balance, all the weekend you need to work on. Here leadership considers weekend as week days and ask you work all day. Average working hours is 12 hrs that is considered normal. Manager and leader will treat you like a slave, humiliate like anything. No respect for employees. I will just say in one line Refrain from joining this company.

This is disappointing to read. We value weekends and time off and understand they are necessary for us all to our best work. I encourage you to reach out to your regional HR team to discuss how to ensure your time outside of work is protected, I am sure we can help work through this.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.
