Too much drama crap talking is not liked

There's plenty of overtime and decent pay, promotional job bids, any physical labor is fairly easy but can be fast pace

Too many lazy employees/employees with an absolute bad job outlook/attitude that kills having a good day and nothing is done about it, far too much forced overtime due to being understaffed
