Pros

Trinity pays a little better than most PM companies.

Cons

not very much training or support for managers. Also it seems as though management is more concerned about minutia (reports etc) than the big picture (is the asset making money?).

Over the last year we have been hard at work expanding our training services. In addition to adding new weekly and month webinars, we have converted many classes to on-demand video. We have also added office hours 4 days per week, where team members can log on, one-on-one with a certified Trinity Trainer with screen share. We agree that training is very important and thank you for your feedback.
