      Pros

      Yearly trip to Vegas. Career opportunities because so much turnover/unhappy people. And they have to pay people decently well or no one would stay working for this company.

      Cons

      Extremely unorganized. No concern for their employees work life balance- they will work you into the ground and with zero direction. They contradict their policies and you get different answers for everything depending on who you talk to. Training and marketing dept. is very condisending- I think I met two positive and friendly people during my entire time with Trinity, everyone else was completely obsured. Their answer for everything is to pay someone to do it- just get it done/pressure style.
