Given a clothing allowance for express.

Cons

Promised commission for closing leases but shoddy upper management unable to approve leases due to homes not being ready. Overworked maintenance staff, unreasonable turn/reno schedules. Absolutely horrid. MAYBE 20% of my approved applicants moved into move-in ready homes on their original move-in date.

For the record, we have an in-house construction team that oversees all renovations and beautification projects, and our team members work closely with third-party vendors to develop schedules and ensure our homes are as inviting as possible upon move-in. That said, we recognize that sometimes residents may still have concerns, and when they do, we work diligently to address them in a way that does not negatively impact the living experience. I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Terrible upper management. Lack of empathy for employees. Expect to get the same rates for a renovated 40 year old building as new builds were asking. No employee appreciation.
